Medavie’s internal career fair is a platform to learn about the fantastic work that various teams at Medavie are doing. It aims at providing visibility on development opportunities and career mobility pathways within Medavie.

This is an opportunity to interact with fellow Medavie colleagues, ask the questions that matter to you, and engage in conversations!

This event will help us live our values of accountability by taking ownership of our own career development. It is a platform for us to be responsive and innovative by asking questions, sharing ideas, and communicating openly. Importantly, Medavie places significant focus on the value of being community minded, and this event is a great platform to collaborate with colleagues across Medavie!

The fair will last 1.5 hours, with three virtual kiosks hosted by the following teams. You can attend all three sessions or choose just the ones that interest you most. Each team will lead a short, bilingual presentation followed by a Q&A round introducing the work they do and discussing their team’s job opportunities.

This event is open to Medavie employees. We plan to host four internal job fairs per year featuring departments and roles across Medavie.
The fair is a great way for employees to network and learn about different departments and roles and explore internal career opportunities aligned to their individual skills, interests, and career goals.
No, interviews will not be held on the day of the event. This is rather a platform to introduce yourself and showcase why you are a good fit. Use the chat feature to highlight your skills, experience, achievements and ask important questions about the roles that interest you.
The application process needs to be completed on the Medavie Careers Page. The recruitment team will reach out to you if your profile is a good fit. Importantly, you can use this forum to ask questions, showcase your interest and fit for a role, and make valuable connections.
It is highly recommended to inform your leader before applying to a new role with Medavie. This will help your leader manage your transition and subsequently plan the team’s work priorities. Have an honest conversation with your leader about your career goals and how they can help you develop and upskill.
